Our history
Khadija Tenani founded TENANI SERVICIOS INMOBILIARIOS in 1993, after working as a real estate agent for several years and opening her office at number twenty-seven of the tricantina Avenida de Viñuelas, next to the current branch of CAIXABANK (at that time CAJA MADRID and later BANKIA) , being the first of the real estate agencies in Tres Cantos that opened its doors to the public. Her son Agustín joined in January 2006, after working as a computer scientist for several years, during which he helped his mother with IT and office automation. In 2016 they moved to number twenty-three of the same avenue, next to Bodonal Street.

We offer the best advisory services, valuation, marketing, mediation, management and processing, for the purchase and sale and rental of all types of real estate, both residential (apartments, villas, etc.) and non-residential (warehouses, premises, offices, etc.).

How do we work?
We always manage a small portfolio of properties to which we are fully committed, investing all our time and effort so that none of our clients and no property is left unattended. What we achieve with this way of working is efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service.
We work mainly in Tres Cantos and Colmenar Viejo, although we cover all the northern area of the Community of Madrid.
